Independent Data Center Security Project Progress Assessment

Understand what is complete, what is supported by evidence, and what needs owner attention.

An independent progress review for owners who need a defensible picture of a physical security integration project at a milestone or decision point.

When owners call

Use this assessment before a payment or schedule decision, leadership review, handover milestone, or when contractor reporting does not answer what is installed, incomplete, or still uncertain.

Review scope

  • Compare reported progress with available schedules, trackers, drawings, change records, and status evidence
  • Review selected system areas and installation evidence; conduct representative site observations only when included in the agreed scope and access is provided
  • Identify blockers, dependencies, incomplete items, and claims that need further evidence
  • Summarize readiness indicators relevant to the owner’s stated milestone

Deliverables

  • Concise executive findings summary with observed, reported, and unverified items distinguished
  • Prioritized risk and issue register with responsible parties and next decisions where known
  • Evidence references and stated assumptions, plus a readout for ownership

Evidence limits

Conclusions are limited to records supplied, access granted, and observations performed during the agreed review. Site observations are representative and risk-based, not a comprehensive inspection or asset-by-asset verification. Readiness indicators do not certify design, code compliance, system performance, or commissioning completion.
